Sycamore Class have been learning about the work of Galen, a remarkable Greek doctor who studied the human body. They learnt how his work has been studied for years and how some of his knowledge has been developed today. In Art the children continued their collographs. Once finished, the children began to print from their collograph onto paper. Whilst printing, other children developed ideas about what the future might look like. The children took inspiration from some futuristic drawings and photographs. In PE Sycamore Class practised their underarm serve and were introduced to the over arm serve. They watched a video of this in action, before having a go at this themselves. The children practised in drills first, before applying this in a rally with a partner.
