Our KS2 cross-country runners took part in the Staddiscombe cross-country event yesterday, along with nearly 200 runners from the Plymouth and Ivybridge area. It's a tough course - the year 3/4s running 1200m and the year 5/6 children running 1600m - but the children gave it their absolute all and can be so pleased with their efforts. In the end, we finished 2nd behind a very strong Stowford team in both the boys' event and the girls' event - well done Woodford!  An amazing effort!
