PTFA
Woodford Primary School has an active and successful PTFA. All parents are automatically members of the PTFA and we hope you can become fully involved. There is a committee which meets regularly to arrange activities both educational and social. The fund raising events, raise money to purchase extra school resources.

Fund Raising
All of the events run by the PTFA raise money for the school. Typically the money goes towards the extra things that enhance and enrich our children's life at school.
Over the last few years we have donated £100 to each class to spend on what they wish, is 2017/2018 this was mainly spent on buying new cameras so staff can take photos of the activities the children do to put on the class blogs or pictures around the class room or for articles in the weekly newsletter.
We have helped to fund Year 6 Leavers books which are a lasting memory of the children's time at Woodford before they leave for secondary school. We have also funded the really popular 'BIG Breakfast' during 'BIG Pedal Week'.
We have also raised money to fund bigger things such the climbing wall and trim trails, benches and equipment on the playgrounds to promote active and enjoyable lunchtimes.
