Phonemes - listen to the sounds

At the presentation we talked about phonemes - the sound a letter makes. We talked about how we used a clipped sound so that children aren't pronouncing an u after sounds like c. A parent suggested it'd be helpful if they could hear how we say the phonemes so I've had a go at producing audio files that will - hopefully - play for you!

If you're having trouble getting the files to play then Primary Sites recommends using Chrome as your browser for the best results.

These sounds are in the order we intend to teach them. This is so that we teach letters that are more common first, this will allow children to begin to build up words from these letters.
